I am starting a series of blog posts called “Dear MUNGirlProblems.” I recently received a really great PM from a loyal #MUNGirl who needed advice on how to perform better in committee despite feeling marginalized as a woman. 

I’d like to invite all my followers on Twitter, Fb, and Tumblr to message me with questions that they have! I will post one or two each week!
